The Bate Collection Museum can be found in Oxford's St. Aldates district, in the University Faculty of Music. Donated to the university in the mid-20th century, this vast collection has grown over the years and is now one of the largest collections of woodwind, brass and percussion instruments in the United Kingdom, Oxford's Bate Collection Museum contains a number of rare, famous and important musical instructs.
